• Additional appointments within the same calendar month will be discounted by $5

Cancellations and No Shows

​

• All appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to the day prior of the appointment without incurring any charges.

• All cancellations or reschedules on the day of appointment are subject to a charge of 50% the listed price of the service.

• All no show appointments (to also include notice given 30 minutes or less of the scheduled start time of an appointment) shall be subject to a charge of 75% of the list price for the service.

• Acknowledging the value of each client's time, it shall also be a policy that any appointment rescheduled by the therapist on the same day shall be offered a $10 discount or additional complimentary service time on the rescheduled appointment.

Inclement weather

​

• Weather and/or "forces of nature" cancellations will be handled more liberally and on a case by case basis. Safety should be the driving factor for all parties. Communication between the therapist and clients is paramount.
